About the Booster Conversion Kit: Pair the powered coated black master cylinder with the black 8 Dual booster conversion kit and you have a ton of stopping power! Will clear big blocks and those of you who are swapping out for the LS engine. You will either need to run a jumper line from the spot you took off the old valve or run all new lines. We do carry a full line kit in our store if you don’t want to add the the lines you already have on the car. To connect the proportioning valve you will have 3/8-24 line fittings for front and left connections and one 9/16-18 fitting to the rear brakes. The spindles are stock height and will not change the ride height. Your rims need to be 15 or larger or the kit will have clearance issues that you’d have to work around. Disc brake conversions typically create an offsets of 1/4″ to 3/8″. About the Wilwood Calipers. D52 Dual Piston Caliper. 1.28 Rotor Width. Wilwood’s D52 caliper is a direct bolt-on 2 piston replacement for the factory original single calipers on many 1968-96 GM Passenger Vehicles and Trucks. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put and end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D52 brake calipers provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability for the street and track. D52 performance brake calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors, use the original style OE D52 brake pads and an OE banjo bolt brake line. Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. The Rear calipers with 1.25 piston provide 2.46 cubic inches of piston area per caliper, to maintain the original front to rear brake bias and use of the OE master cylinder. Front disc brake conversion. This is a complete power disc brake conversion. This maintains the stock ride height. We welcome any and all questions. All parts in this kit are brand new!!!! You will need 14″ disc brake wheels or 15″ or larger. This is a bolt on kit. No welding or fab needed. We supply the right front and left front brake line. You will need to modify the existing rear brake line. Diffrent boosters available upon request. Upgrade to chrome for 100. Oo ask for details. DOES NOT WORK FOR TRUCKS Complete Rear Disc Kit Includes. Multi-Pattern 11 Drilled & Slotted Rotors. Large GM Calipers with built in emergency brake (originally off of 1979 Cadillac Eldorado). Caliper Brackets & Spacers. Stainless Steel Braided Hoses. Works on C-Clip or non C-Clip rear ends. Each rotor is drilled for GM 5 x 4.75” w/ 7/16” stud bolt patterns. ALL NEW PARTS, NOTHING REBUILT OR RE-MAN! Fits A- body GM Vehicles, Chevelle, or any mid sized Chevy passenger car with a 10/12 bolt pattern & non-staggered shocks. Does not fit MOSER or Currie Rear Ends. GTO customers please read. You Must turn down the axles for the inner diameter to fit over the hub. Maximum diameter of 6.11 to fit rotor hat. 2.786 max register axle. Fits 15 or larger rims. Double check the ends of your axle before ordering. Some 10/12 rear ends will have to modify the axle or rotor opening to get the rotor to fit. Must have a 1.125 bore master and disc/disc valve to work correctly. This won’t work with your disc/drum master and valve. Does not fit the S10 Chassis or any other truck or full Size cars. All disc brake kits will move your rim out toward the fender of the car up to 3/4 depending on your style rims. It is hard to say how much total offset it will be as all rims are not standard.
