This is a very complete kit. There are only three items not included that you will need. They are brake fluid, wheel bearing grease, vacuum hose and intake manifold fitting. You will need 14 inch disc type wheels or 15 inch or larger wheels. THIS WORKS ON YOUR STOCK DRUM BRAKE SPINDLES. 1- 7 dual diaphragm brake booster and master cylinder with correct firewall mounting brake and clevis to mount the booster. 1- proportioning valve with proper mounting hardware. The valve is for disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the rear. 1-pre bent stainless steel front brake line set. These lines go from the proportioning valve to the front calipers. 1- pair of loaded calipers. (complete with brake pads). 1- pair of drilled and slotted rotors. 1- complete mounting hardware kit. This includes caliper brackets, nuts, bolts, wheel bearings, wheel seals, rubber hoses, banjo bolts, ect. What coating do the rotors have? Only our drilled/slotted brake rotors will come with zinc plating. The OE style non drilled or slotted rotors do not come with zinc plating. The zinc plating on the braking surface of the drilled/slotted rotors (area where the brake pads contact when you brake) will come off during braking. The braking surface, the cross drills holes and/or slots if applicable can develop surface rust over time, depending on weather, climate, driving conditions, or left parked for days. Zinc plating will help against rust but not prevent rust indefinitely. Are the rotors and pads images the actual items I will receive? All images are for display purposes. New in the box 1962 – 1967 Chevy II front disc brake conversion. This is a complete power disc brake conversion. This maintains the stock ride height. We welcome any and all questions. When you first receive your order they will be completely black. After initial brakes-in procedure, where the pad and the rotor comes into contact, the black will wear off leaving the hub, edge, and inner vanes black. WHAT COATING DO THE ROTORS HAVE? The drilled/slotted brake rotors can with silver, black, or gold zinc plating. The plain non drilled or slotted blank rotors do not come with zinc plating. The zinc coating on the brake surface will rub off after the initial bed-in period.
